Zhang Xueliang Dingyuanzhai Collection refers to a collection of cultural relics and artifacts that were amassed by Zhang Xueliang, a Chinese warlord and collector of art and antiques during the early 20th century. The collection includes over 20,000 items, such as rare books, calligraphy, painting, ceramics, and bronze objects, many of which date back to the Ming and Qing dynasties. Dingyuanzhai, the private museum built by Zhang to house his collection, was located in Northeast China and was known for its impressive architecture and beautiful gardens. Following Zhang's arrest and imprisonment in 1936, the collection was dispersed and many of the items were lost or destroyed during the subsequent decades of war and political turmoil in China. However, a small number of artifacts from the collection survive and have been preserved in museums and private collections around the world.
