Chinese Qing Dynasty Kangxi Famille Noir Wucai Dragon Porcelain Rouleau Vase. The porcelain potted into large cylindrical, thick and tall, wide body on shoulder, slender neck easing to form narrow flaring opening, raised on round foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in black base color which contrast against Wucai design color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration. The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark greyish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.
