Japanese Meiji period (1868-1912) gold decorated lacquered ebonized wood miniature cabinet hand painted with trees, flowers, birds, cottages, butterflies, and assorted designs, has etched metal hardware and mounts throughout with two drawers in bottom section and five drawers in the top section, two sliding doors and a larger door opening to show shelves, sliding door and a drawer. with panels inlaid in Shibayama style with blossoming sprays, the wood frames and the blue painted panels decorated in gold lacquer.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition. Some stress of wear. Natural wood imperfection, wood joint mark, minor scratches and dents. Normal consider ages and wears.
