Wide, heavy kimono-like sleeves with supplementary weft inlay in red and black wool. Large appliqued cloth elements of indigo wax-resist dyed tabby cotton cloth outlined in red cotton. Miao People, Northeastern Yunnan Province, Zhaotong County, China. Provenance: Ex. Roger Hollander collection. Size: 3'11'' x 5'10'' (119 x 178 cm).
