Anthony's cousin, who assumed the post of acting secretary at the Rochester Women's Rights Convention of 1848. Each inscription dated Dec. 14, 1898 Rochester, N.Y. Transciption as follows: Volume I Of Life and Works: To my teacher at Battonsville, Washington born-NY in the school, soon of the new high house. The invite of 1836 and to my father’s cousin Daniel Anthony’s daughter-Sarah Anthony Buntis- as well as to one of the secretaries of the Woman’s Rights Conventions held in Rochester Aug. 2, 1848 or her 88th birthday December 14-1898.
