AN AMERICAN FOLK CARVED FIGURAL TWO-DOOR CABINET, BRANDON SHERWOOD, KANSAS, 1996, carved and painted wood, the front cupboard panels carved with medieval style germanic figures in starry night landscape accompanied by a "magical" prose and opening to fitted shelves, raised on bracket feet with leafy arches, signed and dated, "The Stewards of Sherwood Forest Brandon Sherwood '96." Height: 38" Width: 27" Depth: 22" Provenance: Collection of David and Bonnie Floyd, Galveston, Texas.
Condition
