SST. Very scarce and early C. 1910's Embossed Tin Sign for Hartford Solid Rubber Tires showing unique script. CONDITION: Sign is in overall fair condition throughout showing very good color & gloss with areas of surface scratching throughout. Sign shows an older clear coat that has started to brown over as well as show flaking in the raised lettering. The paint under the clear appears sound showing no flaking. Sign shows some moderate wear along the outer edge and although worn displays nicely. A rare piece of early Hartford advertising. Condition: (7.75). Dimensions: 14" x 9 - 1/2".
