A period 18th C. George II burl walnut cabinet chest on chest. Upper cabinet section with cornice moulding over two doors with inlaid oval book matched panels surrounded by herringbone banding, containing an arrangement of nine burl veneered drawers with matching herringbone banding. Lower chest section fitted with two over two drawer arrangement on bracket base. 69.75”H x 45.5”W x 20”D.

Condition

Some veneer repair and minor losses. Feet with old repairs, old replaced brass hardware.
