Miguel Galvez.Philippines,1912-1989
Depicts a pair of clowns, one with a wide grin to the top left, and the other with a deep frown to the bottom right. Galvez studied under Teodoro Buenaventura and is the first ever Filipino to win a silver medal in the 1957 South East Asia Art Festival.
