Description
This steel bodied horseless carriage is possibly a Bliss Surrey, but more than likely it is a Merry Olds, officially licensed by GM as a replica and manufactured in Fort Lauderdale, FL., from 1958-1962. It is in pretty good, "Barn Find" condition. Tires might need air to transport out. Dennis our mechanic looked it over. He said it turned over, but will need work to get it running. Note* Will be sold with a bill of sale only. This was modeled after a 1903 curved dash Oldsmobile (or thereabouts). In it's factory Red with black fenders. I Think they only built 500 of these in 1958 at Bliss Company. I believe this has the original Cushman Husky single cylinder engine, 2-speed semi-automatic with reverse, rear wheel brakes, true mileage unknown. Great fun car, nice for parades.
