Description
A pair of mid-20th century Polish three-panel folding wall plaques made of carved wood. When opened, the plaques reveal a hand-painted picture, a lumberjack on the first plaque and a mace fight scene on the second. The hinged side panels are decorated with hand-painted flowers. Cepelia Warszaw label stickers are on the backside of both items. Titled Tryptyk, Triptych. Dated 1970. There is a suspension ring on the top of both pieces. Cepelia is a Polish store chain established in 1959 that specializes in Polish handicrafts. Collectible Folk Art, Wall Decor For Interior Design.
