Description
Louis XVI style giltwood incurving armchairs, or fauteuils en cabriolet, after the model by Jean Rene Nadal (French, maitrise in 1756). ca. 1900 or later, with ribbon-tied acanthus-carved crest rails and molded oval backs with incurved down swept arms ending in scrolling volutes above a shaped upholstered seat on four tapering stopfluted legs terminating in toupie feet, both now upholstered in a leopard print. 37.5" H x 27.5" W x 26" D x 17" seat height
