Description
The fashionable young lady skier with poured wax head having hand painted features stands wired to the lid of a Marquise de Sevigne Paris chocolates box lid covered in white batting. Her costume is a stylish striped sweater belted over long felt wide leg trousers, felt gloves with matching beret and leather skis along with a single pole. She's displayed under a makeshift dome fashioned from a thick Pyrex glass laboratory dome on a completely unrelated circular tray of the period with plated rim having stamped design.
