This lot contains three cotton petticoats. All have recently been laundered and pressed.

LEFT TO RIGHT

THE RIGHT PETTICOAT
White cotton petticoat with inserts of machine done floral embroidery trim and 2 bands of trim with eyelet to weave a ribbon through, one at waistband the other at lower flounce. Double hem flounce. Has no waist closures. Unlabeled.

CONDITION
Very Good. No holes, repairs or stain. This petticoat has recently been laundered

All three petticoats have museum identification catalog numbered tags sewn into inner waistband. Deaccession from the Strong Museum of Rochester, N.Y.

THE MIDDLE PETTICOAT
White cotton petticoat with fine hand embroidery of leaves and flowers on lower scalloped flounce. Double lower flounce. Drawn string adjustable closure at back bustle area. Still retaining its original museum identification catalog sewn in cloth tag as well as a written identification number on insde closure seam. Unlabeled.

CONDITION
Very Good. One hole rip at top of flounce, no repairs and no stains. This petticoat has recently been laundered

Length (side waist band to hem): 38-1/2"

THE RIGHT PETTICOAT
White cotton petticoat with double hem flounce. Hem is adorned with scalloped cluny lace and inserts. Back waist closure with two mother of pearl buttons. Unlabeled.

CONDITION
Fair/Good. This petticoat has recently been laundered. Tear on waist band button opening closure. Multiple tears in lace trim at hem line.
