Framed.
70 x 93.5 cms (27½ x 36½ ins)
Footnotes:
The image was taken from an edition of the 'Cambridge Encyclopaedia of Astronomy', however the encyclopaedia's image featured black lines on a white background. The drawing represents successive pulses from the first pulsar discovered, PSR B1919+21, often referred to in the context of this album by its older name, CP 1919.

The image was suggested by drummer Stephen Morris and the album cover design is credited to Joy Division, Peter Saville and Chris Mathan.
