Description
Mexican Brass Communion Chalice and Paten - Preserved under a glass dome, this catholic chalice and paten communication set was for E. Vazquez of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, as stated on underside. Depicts religious scenes around base and finely decorated all the way to the roses encompassing the cup. There is also a rose in full bloom on underside. The paten is inscribed with the intials "JHS". Measures 8.5”h x 6.25” (not inside dome). Item comes from the collection of Timothy Koock. Ships from Austin, Tx.
