Utagawa Kunisada (Toyokuni III) (Japanese, 1786-1864), Collection of Nine Woodblock Prints
Edo period (1615-1868), includes nine woodblock prints of various themes including kabuki theater actors and the Tale of Genji narrative, all prints are signed to the lower area of each sheet in a cartouche, each print with a publisher's seal and censor seals, presented loose.
Sheet size about 14 x 9 1/2 in.

Condition
Some of the sheets appear to be trimmed; five sheets with later small holes down one side where they were previously bound into an album; some wear with small losses and worm holes; some wear to edges of the sheets; four sheets with backing paper.
