Description
Chinese hanging scroll in ink on silk depicting figures in a boat beneath a cliff. Signed along right side. Attributed to Zhang-Lu. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Dr. Stephen L. Little of the Honolulu Academy of Arts. Also includes correspondence with Christie's regarding the attribution of this piece. Also note the markings on the outside of the scroll "Cho-Hei-Zan, Ming Dynasty". The image measures 56-1/4" x 31-3/4".
