This is rare and gorgeous Dinner Set for 8 (eight), made in Limoges, France by GDA Haviland .
The pattern features blue flowers probably forget-me-not.
It has a gold rim.
The set includes:
8 (eight) Dinner plates - 9 5/8" in diameter;
8 (eight) Luncheon/Salad plates - 7 3/8" in diameter;
8 (eight) Bread and butter/Dessert plates - 6 1/8" in diameter
8 (eight) Coffee/Tea Cup - 2 7/8" in diameter at the rim and 2 1/4" tall;
8 (eight) Saucer for the cup - 5 3/8" in diameter.
The set is in good used antique condition with no crazing. There is some gold loss. There could be some utensils marks consistent with normal use. The actual color may differ from the photo due to lighting conditions
