Mirror plate replaced. There is an added strip of mahogany along the top of the mirror that is probably not original. The underside of the frieze rail with an old Paris printed paper label and 19th/early 20th century ink inscription. Small veneer repair on the top edge of the plinth and areas of repaired veneer on both sides of the plinth.†The star mounts are probably old additions (metal is slightly white when viewed from the back) but most of the mounts look undisturbed. The busts at the tops of the legs have been re-gilt. The center mask probably later; heavily cleaned but cannot be removed to view from the back.
