You may pick up your items or arrange for alternative third-party shipping with no charge by The Country Postman, but those arrangements must be made by February 24th or there will be a $75 transfer charge payable for items larger than 48” any dimension and $40 for smaller items. In this regard, please note that if payment is made by check, items will be held 7 days before being cleared for pickup/shipment. Beginning Friday, January 20th we will post on our website a PDF of shipping terms from The Country Postman.

Schwenke Auctioneers does not offer any in-house shipping and we do not ship. All shipping is outsourced. We strongly recommend that bidders contact The Country Postman prior to bidding to receive a shipping estimate. The possible high cost of shipping does not absolve a buyer from completing an auction purchase. If you would like to secure an alternate quote, you may also use a shipper of your choice. However, prior to February 7th items can be picked up BY CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT ONLY and only from the address provided when calling to pay and make an appontment. Thereafter, items can be picked up only from The Country Postman and must be claimed on or before February 24th or there will be transfer charges due as noted above.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make an appointment for pickup; no pickups can be made without CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. We cannot accommodate any pickup without appointment.
