This lovely authentic pendant and chain are by designer Marco Bicego from his Jaipur Collection. Crafted from 18k yellow gold featuring a satin finish double open rings with a wave like shape, the smaller ring dangles inside the larger ring,  inside the smaller ring has a dangling round bezel set blue topaz. The pendant comes with a classic oval link chain with an oval tag signed by the designer with the gold content.
