Two Early Irish Belleek Vases including Black Mark. Comprising a black mark vase circa 1926 - 1946, the opalesent glaze with yellow accents, the basket form lower section with applied flowers and foliage, and unmarked lobed vase on foot with scalloped base, under flaring, undulating rim, and with applied flowerheads to sides. Second quarter, twentieth century. {Approximate dimenstions: 12 1/2" and 7 5/8" H., respectively.}. Condition: 2" long hairline crack to upper rim of taller example. Smaller vase with very light, lateral firing crack roughly 5/8" L. to foot. Assorted typical small losses to flowers. The dripping yellow glaze is intentional.
