Featured in this lot is a hand woven Yei Bi Chei wool rug. The rug features two Yei Bi Chei figures holding cornstalks, with a larger cornstalk in the middle of both figures. Yei bi chei, or "maternal grandfather of the yei", is another name of Talking God who often speaks on behalf of the other Holy People. The rug is beautifully and carefully crafted and features wool colors ranging from brown, orange, yellow and white. The gray base color of the rug accents the figures very well. Overall this rug is in good condition with no signs of obvious damage. It measures 44" L x 24" W.
