An Italian Neoclassical commode second half 18th century, the rectangular top above the marquetry decorated case having three drawers, and rising on carved cabriole legs, 36"h x 46"w x 22"d. Provenance: Estate of Joanna Barnes and Jack Warner (Santa Barbara, California). Ms. Barnes was a Hollywood film actress featured in movies such as "Auntie Mame (1958)" and "The Parent Trap (1961)". Mr. Warner was a prominent architect.
