Description

Late19th/early 20th century; standing cast iron Hawaiian native figures, in native dress, original polychrome with fire dogs, 21 in. H., 18 in. L. These are the only known examples, they were probably a custom commission made for a country club or restaurant with South Pacific theme.
Purchased from Jewett-Berdan Antiques of Maine.
