Measures approx. 1.75 inches diameter and 3.5 inches tall. Rothschild pattern was first created in 1860 for the Rothschild family of Europe. The pattern portrays a 19th century tale about Baroness Rothschild, who lost her pearl necklace in her Vienna residence garden. Days later it was found by her gardener, who saw birds playing with it in a tree.
