Description: This lot includes a early 20th century (Dated 6/7/1915) watercolor & mixed media. The artwork is framed in what appear to be a period gilt wood frame. The piece appears to be unsigned, however we did not check under the matting. Possibly by "Lillian M. Strauss" See photos for details.

Condition: Minor expected surface wear associated with age and use, otherwise in overall good condition. Frame is damaged, the top is broken off.

Measurements: 15"L x 18.5"W
