Description

A group of four (4) early 20th century hand sewn decorative German banners: one having blue trim and gold lettering depicting a centered iron cross within a laurel wreath with tassels along the bottom and middle edges, one having gold trim and lettering depicting a cross within a stag skull and antlers at the top with tassels along the bottom edge, one having green accents and gold trim and lettering depicting an iron cross at the top with tassels along the bottom and middle edges, and a green and red banner having gold lettering depicting a crowned horseshoe at the top with tassels along the bottom and middle edges.

Condition

Good condition overall having some discoloration and separation at the seams. (B) Presents with significant discoloration and fraying along the bottom edge with loss of tassels.
