Early brass (nutmeg grater ? ) double headed bird, back door opens, rests on feet, nice detail. Unsure of what it's used for. (Grating nutmeg ? ) Measures 12" top to bottom x 7.5" across. From Hudson, N.Y. estate of noted Art Collector Albert Burnette Roberts (1932-2021). His 40 year collection, which will include thousands of pieces of artwork, decorative accessories & furnishings.
