Texas, Columbia. $187.20. Nov. 23, 1837. Cr. 28. PMG VF 30. Warrant issued from Columbia which served as the capital of the Republic from October through December 1836. Issued to James P. Price for serving two months and 20 days in the Texas Army from July 9th through November 5, 1836. These warrants either list Texas Army or the actual division that the person served in.
