Custom one off prototype lounge by Bay Area architect / maker / industrial designer Jonathan Odom, bent birch plywood lounge. This chair was a study in ergonomics using the dimensions and posture of Mies van der Rohe's Barcelona Pavilion Chair of 1929. constructed of 3/4" plywood and kerf bending for smooth contours. Rounded corners and clean lines a prime example in minimalist design, along with creative design and construction details. Signed in marker by the marker / designer. Ask us about shipping options.
