Description

Gilt Napoleonic Heraldic Armorial, 19th c., presented in an ebonized shadowbox frame, H.- 6 3/8 in., W.- 5 1/8 in. Provenance: The Estate of John Angelico, New Orleans, LA.

Condition

It is made of gilt and silvered bronze. There is an area of desilvering towards the bottom of the coat of arms. The frame is missing its top edge along the glass and has some old termite damage.
