The shirt comes with a photocopy of the original letter of provenance from Charlie Hodge which states, "This navy blue shirt with a high collar and elastic armbands belonged to Elvis and was worn by him. I believe it was one of his favorite shirts and was worn quite often by him." This shirt was sold as part of the 1995 Las Vegas Elvis Presley Memorabilia auction and comes with a copy of the previous invoice, and a second letter of authenticity from the collector who acquired the piece from the original purchaser from the 1995 auction.
