Al Davis (American active 20/21st centuries), "Adam and Eve in Egg Form" abstract stoneware sculpture on a custom pedestal.

Approx. h. 38", w. 23.5", d. 9.5"; base h. 18", sq. 18".

Condition

In two pieces with a delicate connection. Condition is overall good. No chips, cracks, or losses noted upon observation. Having a minor scratch to the side of the mouth on the Eve side of the piece. Not distracting. 2-4 pin-prick size losses of glaze on cone shape body.
