Hamilton Watches WWII-era paper train cut-out toy. [New York: Snyder & Black, ca. 1942-1946]. Four color train pieces, promoting Hamilton Watches, designed to be cut-out to build a train toy. Four uncut lithographed panels (each 4 ½ x 12 ¼”). Some rubbing, light occasional soiling to train panels. Each panel mounted, matted, framed, and glazed (frame size: 18 ½ x 35”). A charming item. During the war, due to metal shortages, some toys were made out of paper.
