Lot of 2 Taconic Woven Splint Baskets w/ Bentwood Handles. Pair of primitive baskets, most likely Taconic orÂ Taghkanic, a style that has been made in the Hudson area since the mid 19th century. One has a swing handle while the other is fixed. Both have been painted or stained red at some point.Â

Dimensions are 14.5 in h x 13 in w x 13 in d and 14.25 in h x 15 in w x 15 in d. Condition is fair. Paint loss, surface wear and holes at bottom.Â Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
