Good condition with some paint loss to frame, especially corners. Inlay is shifting, most noticeably in the ears of the faces in the four corners. Face in lower right corner and 3/4" area of tortoise shell inlay in upper right are damaged and noticeably repaired. Glass is not original and has 1/8" scratch to center.
