EWAN in serrated rectangle for John Ewan, (working Charleston, 1823-1852). 4th item: 1 Dessert spoon with sheaf of wheat design to handle, marked LOMBARD in serrated rectangle for Barthelemy Edouard Lombard, (working Charleston, 1800-1830). 5th item: 1 Dessert spoon with sheaf of wheat design to handle, marked C P & U in rectangle for Clark, Pelletreu and Upton, (working Charleston c. 1819-1823). 6th item: 1 Oval ended tablespoon marked N VERNON in rectangle for Nathaniel Vernon, (working Charleston 1808-1835), having oval end. 7th-12th items: 6 teaspoons in the Olive pattern, marked S. WILMOT for Samuel Wilmot, (working New Haven, Connecticut, 1800-1808, Georgetown, South Carolina, 1825, Charleston 1837-1841, and Savannah, Georgia, 1850-1856). 13th item: 1 Pie or Fish fork in a beaded pattern marked J. MOOD in rectangle. 14th item: 1 Dinner or Table Fork in Fiddle Thread pattern with incuse mark for HAYDEN BRO. & CO, (working Charleston 1852-1855) and mark for Gale and Hayden (working New York and Charleston, 1852). Sizes range from 5 5/8" to 8 3/4" L. Combined weight: 15.91 total troy ounces.

Wilmot spoons - excellent. All spoons except Wilmot spoons have wear to ends of bowls and some minor denting. Ewan fiddle shell spoon has slight bend to handle. Ewan pomegranate spoon has significant wear to shell on back of bowl, and some wear to pomegranate design. Forks have wear to tips of tines. Hayden fork has area of pitting under one fin and a couple of other tiny spots of pitting. Various monograms.
