“Japanese Dolls: Gosho-Ningyo” portfolio of 20 woodblock prints (numbers 18-24 are missing). Published by Meiji-Shobo, Tokyo, 1935 in celebration of Children’s Day on May 5. Each print signed, numbered and seal marked, and tipped in its original presentation folder. Housed in a folio box.
Prints 9.25” x 8.25”. Folio box 13.25” x 11”.

Condition
Overall good condition with minor toning and bumped bottom left edge to title page. Missing are print numbers 18-24, and print numbers 1, 6 and 8 have duplicate prints, making 20 total).
