Seven paintings, all with some condition issues, including tattered or water stained edges, losses. Several mounted to heavy modern stock. Most appear to be one half of a two page image. A delightful glimpse of Chinese life over two centuries ago, including one of the silk production images, which shows amongst the working adults, two children set down to rest on a large banana leaf, one of them playing a drum. Largest image approx. 19 1/2" x 15 1/2". Provenance: a private Northern Virginia collection.
