Etching with drypoint in sepia, published by James Bretherton (British, active 1750–99) after Henry William Bunbury, (British, 1750-1811) entitled "A Game at Chess" and showing three young women in turbans, playing a game of chess at a table, with three dogs loitering about. Label to verso for H. Wunderlich & Co Rare Prints, 220 5th Ave. N.Y. Print and wood backing coming loose from frame. Frame, approx. 16" x 14 1/2". Sight approx. 14 1/4" x 12 3/4".
