Description
An early 19thC Russian mahogany, brass and giltwood desk, The upmost section having a stepped top above two doors with lozenge decoration and three ionic columns. Having two concealed sprung drawers below the cupboard, the desk having an inset leather top above a single long drawer and two banks of four short drawers, the desk raised on tapering neo - classical style feet. Within the kneehole desk there are nine concealed secret drawers. 49" wide x 27" deep x 68" high.
