Preowned, fair condition, working zipper, intact straps, scuffs on exterior, the vinyl is ripping at the seams near bottom of bag on sides where zipper is, vinyl is detaching from the yellow area behind the zipper. The bag is more for display, if you'd like to use it it needs to be restored by a professional.
