Description
Chinese Ming/Qing Dynasty Longquan Celadon Crackle Glazed Vase with Phoenix Bird and Ring handles; together with an Enameled Porcelain Round Box, probably French Limoges and probably 1920's, with an elaborately designed and hand painted cover of an Asian Royal Man, Woman in Embroidered Clothing and a Servant with Umbrella, watching "L'Oiseleur", the Bird & Animal trainer with title to edge; the sides with Birds and Flowers; the bottom unglazed with brown "Fleur-de-Lys" mark. Height of Celadon Vase 12 1/4 inches (31 cm.). Diameter of porcelain box 8 inches (21.3 cm.).
Condition
The Longquan Celadon with crack around neck at handles, crack to base; the round box with light age related wear to enamels.
