Description
The first, rectangular, the top veneered, possibly with huanghuali, all over a scrolled skirt, square legs and scrolled feet; the second, square, with floating panel top, over scrolled skirt, square legs with scrolled feet.

Provenance
Property formerly in the collection of Harry J. Haon II (1901-1989), thence by descent.
Haon was employed by E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, and was promoted in 1954 to the Foreign Relations Department as Manager of the European Office, London, England, until his retirement in 1962. Mr. Haon continued to live part-time in London into the late 1970s. It is believed that many of the Asian arts in his collection were acquired during this time in London.
Both with surface soiling and scattered shrinkage cracks as is typical; Shrinkage cracks to first, particularly to top, small losses to edge of top, wear to bottom of feet, later glides under feet, old screw hole to outer top of one leg; later screws to juncture of interior of legs and top, glue blocks to underside, some lacking; wear and some small losses to edges of skirt; old collection number to underside of top; other table with waterstains and scratches to top, small spline to floating panel at edge; filled loss to inner upper edge of one leg where it joins the top; wear and cracks to feet, small losses, later glides
