11/29/22 4:33pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1642: I note the bureau plat is sturdy for its’ antique condition, the inset leather writing surface is intact with some scratching, light impressions, spotting, and light wear, the frame displays some wear commensurate with age and use including scratching, light varnish and veneer loss, all drawers do operate at this time but are a bit tight and would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement, I observe that the lower left drawer sits back into the frame a bit unevenly.
