11.28.22-LOT 1479 - the case and table both stand sturdy, the upper cabinet shows some wood wear and spotting, drawers and door operate correctly, drawers are a bit tight, and could use a waxing to facilitate smoother movement, there is wear at the wood surface that center door swings, see image, interior is as pictured with a small touchup to upper right drawer, and some separation of panels, the table shows a small wood loss/mar to wood at top front right edge, sides show imperfection with some lines and small losses to wood, the base is sound with some overall light wood wear
