11.30.22--In my opinion regarding LOT 1452- as described, the sheet hinged is along the top edge to the backing paper, I observe several small spots at top margin above figures head; the paper is free of rips or tears, with some roughness along the edges, there is some slight yellowing along borders (visible in image taken out of frame), there green paint and abrasions to exterior plexiglass and some dirt/spotting noted to the mat, the frame has some surface wear and scratches, I am not an expert on such pieces so if you have further questions, please do let me know
