11/29/22 1:35pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1303: I note the upholstery is worn, with significant thread pulls, some tears and wear, and spotting/ staining, the frames are fairly sturdy with one chair a bit loose and would likely benefit from being tightened at the joins, the seat cushions do sink in some, light surface wear to frames with some possible later gilt paint touch ups.
